I am a researcher in AI for biosignal processing, focusing on EEG, multimodal learning, and brain-computer interfaces (BCIs). I received my PhD in Engineering Cybernetics from NTNU (2021), am a member of Mexico’s SNII I, and collaborate with researchers across Mexico, Norway, Japan, and Denmark. I welcome research collaborations, student supervision, and discussions.
My research develops machine learning and computational intelligence methods for EEG, EOG, audio, and other multimodal signals, with applications in biomedical AI.
Research Interests: EEG signal processing, BCIs, multimodal learning, auditory attention decoding, epileptic seizure detection, sleep, computational intelligence, optimization, and biomedical AI.
